Jerusalem Announces Drive-In Cinema and Performance Center

"‘Drive-in cinema – also in Jerusalem!

Since the publication of the Ministry of Health’s guidelines, Jerusalem has been working on preparing a location and program for performances and film screenings for the public who would attend, while remaining in their vehicles. According to the guidelines approved by the Ministry of Health, up to 200 vehicles are allowed in the space and up to 10 artists on stage.

Such an arrangement allows artists to perform and residents to enjoy culture outdoors, without risking contact with large groups of people. It will be good for older people and others in risk groups, for young people who miss nightlife and of course also for artists, who are waiting to get back to work. You can also bring popcorn from home!
