Aftermath of Rozab Muqbel’s Murder

“Atweh [1] for the deceased Rozan Muqbel [2]
A sum of thirty-one thousand dinars has been paid as part of the ransom, the total of which is one hundred thousand dinars. The rest of the sum will be paid in a year from now.
The Abu Kweik Family in Ramallah is prohibited from approaching the camp of the Muqbel Family.”

[2] Rozan Muqbel was found dead in a car in West Ramallah; the understanding is that she was killed by her fiancée for unkown reasons.
