Accidental Killing of Mustafa Nimer

“The State of Israel admits to the killing of Mustafa Nimer from Jerusalem by mistake and will compensate his family for the next four years. Also, after the prosecution indicted his friend who was with him, lawyer Mohammed Rahal said: 'I welcome this decision. This is the third case of its kind this year. Unfortunately, the prosecutor's office tried to point an accusing finger at his friend as the cause of his death. It is also unfortunate that his lawyer pleaded guilty and reached a plea bargain with the prosecutor's office, even though he is innocent.’ "
