"I was privileged to give thanks to the Guatemalan government who have decided to move its embassy to Jerusalem and join the USA in recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of the Jewish people and the State of Israel.
This certificate of appreciation was presented to the Consul General of Guatemala in New York, Ms. Rosemary Arauz, on behalf of Jerusalem residents.
