"Man shatters smartphone in effort to strengthen himself spiritually

A man who attended the Arvit prayers [1] at the Otzar HaChaim synagogue in Jerusalem, headed by Rabbi Moshe Tzedaka, head of the Porat Yosef Yeshiva, said he wants to spiritually elevate himself and break his smartphone. The rabbi asked his assistant to bring a hammer and after a few minutes of prayers, the owner of the phone smashed the phone and threw it in a nearby trash."
