0202 – Points of View from Jerusalem


“A year and a half ago, I didn’t think I would do anything better other than play with the keyboard. Then, I met Tomer Zmora, the bastard with the camera. It started with naivete – I wrote an article, he films…and then it just snowballed into a web series, that we worked our asses on. Fail, miss, hit and try again. This coming Saturday night at ‘Hamiffal’ [1], we will show two episodes. There is one episode currently in the editing room and five more on the way.
Each chapter is an interview with another character in Jerusalem, who describes things about the city to which we are unaware. We filmed the first episode with Uri Levi, and we were not ready yet. The first takes came out lukewarm, and even after the second take, we were not satisfied. We made the first leap, when we accompanied Park Wayne, Jerusalem’s Superhero to a crazy night on rooftops and in alleyways.
