0202 – Points of View from Jerusalem

"Last night, team members met at the Philip Leon branch of Yovelim — the Kiryat Yovel community council (thanks to the center manager, Raya Matza, and director, Yair Reese, for the hospitality) for an important vote to change regulations as well as electing an auditing committee.
Best of luck to those who were elected!

And we know that the break has also been bothering you, so we are back next week.
Shabbat Shalom and let's go Beitar!"

– Beitar Nordia Jerusalem [1]

[Selected comments:]

– "Best of luck to everybody. P.S. Has anyone else been signed to the team?"
"Not yet. And thanks!"
"If that's true, we're on the fast track to Liga Bet…[2]"
"We're not in the ideal situation and we're not immune from a fall, but it won't be fast!"

0202 Editor's Notes:
[1] Beitar Nordia was formed in 2014 by Beitar Jerusalem supporters who were opposed to the right-wing fan organizations, such as La Familia, which took over the fan base.
[2] The Israeli football league system is based off of five tiers of which the Premier League is the highest followed by Liga Leumit, Liga Alef, Liga Bet, and Liga Gimel. Beitar Nordia Jerusalem is currently in Liga Alef.
